About Jacob W.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a fenced in yard where i let my four dogs out freely to do their business and get their energy out, while I get their food bowls ready and check their water. As for watching dogs, I will follow the instructions provided to ensure the dog is safe and in routine for when the owner returns home. Whether the dog needs to be walked with a leash, or left in a crate for the night, none of these would be a problem
Information Jacob W. would like to know about your pet
I’d like to be made aware of any history (if there is any) of aggression or anxiety so I can plan accordingly, which in turn will help me provide the best care I can for your beloved pet(s). I’d also like to know if there are any medications that your pet(s) would need, whether it be more temporary/short term (i.e. after a recent vet visit for an issue) or if it would be a constant, long term medication so that I can add it to my notes in the event that you’d need my services again.
A typical day
I try to keep dogs in their natural swing of things so they won’t get anxious or stressed while the pet parents are gone, so whatever schedule/routine you have with your pet(s), I will try to match to make it easier for everyone!

Pet care experience
I worked at a dog kennel for 2 years, where i was in charge of feeding, potty breaks, medicine (if applicable), cleaning kennels, bonding time, bathes (wet/dry), and brushing. I have been around animals my whole life and have always had a pet, even if it was something small like a fish.
Reviews

Jacob did an outstanding job caring for our rabbit, Bunny, while we were away. He was incredibly communicative, responded quickly to every message, and always arrived on time, staying for the full visit. He had no trouble giving Bunny her medication, sent thoughtful updates and great photos after each visit, and made us feel completely at ease. We also came home to everything spotless and exactly as we had left it, which we really appreciated. We wouldn't hesitate to book Jacob again and will absolutely be asking him to watch Bunny the next time we travel!

Jacob did a wonderful job caring for Oatmeal while staying overnight in our home. Jacob arrived on time and stayed beyond the required time. Photos and update text messages were provided. I will definitely keep Jacob as our primary dog caregiver whenever the need arises.

It was a last minute request to Jacob because m y usual sitter had last minute plans. I was a little nervous that my dog would be shy, but was not prepared for him to not want to walk or interact at all. Jacob did get him out real quick to go to the bathroom, but he wanted to go right back in. The later visit in the day did not go any better. Jacob did the best he could, but could get Theo to warm up to him.

Jacob was great! I very much appreciated his reliability, communication and how good he is with Triton. I will absolutely book Jacob again in the future.
