One of us is basically a stay at home Dog Mom and there will always be someone at home at all times with your dogs. If and when we ever needed it our car has a “Dog Mode” setting in the off chance we had to run out of a minute to do something we could set the temperature in the car and watch the dog on the inside camera of the car.

We’re able to host your dogs in our very dog friendly house with a fully fenced large backyard completely free of any pesticides or herbicides as we’re trying to get our Backyard Habitat certification. Also able to visit your house as needed.

We would like to do a meet & greet with your dog and our dogs Murphy and Pony prior to sitting, just to make sure they get along. Let us know any special requests and we will be sure to accommodate.
A typical day
I can take dogs for walks or for runs. We like to play frisbee in the back yard. We live close to Reed College Canyon and like to go on walks there.

Pet care experience
We’ve been dog sitting for friends and family for over 10 years. One of us is also a Zoologist with a few years at two different zoos. We are home throughout the day except to take a child to and from school on weekdays. We can give your dog full attention during the day. We have a small house and a nice fenced backyard. We can also take dogs on walks during the day if needed. We have two smaller family dogs at home. The first one he’s an 9 year old Lab/Corgi mix, “Murphy” the second one is a tiny 1 year old Lab/doxie mix “Pony”

Jacob and Tara were awesome!! Super responsive, caring, and kind. Daily photo updates and great communication throughout, which I so appreciated! My dog came home happy, healthy, and tired from lots of play! I wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again!
Murphy came home relaxed and happy. We’d definitely ask Tara to pet sit again.
They were great with Bentley! He came back worn out from all the fun he had. Would definitely recommend and use them again.
