I am a caring and patient individual who loves taking care of pets as if they were my own. Life gets busy and owners need help, I believe all pets deserve to be taken care of by people who will love them like their owners do. My Pets: Two Cats (Feeding, Grooming, Handling, Litterbox, Medication) My family were the proud owners of two amazing sister cats for 16 years. My girls have since passed away in 2022 and 2025. I was fortunate enough to help take care of them from infancy, and then taking on a lot of responsibilities in their old age as I got older. Accumulating skills to take care of cats at any age. Being present while my cats aged and experienced various health issues, I learned many skills that I can apply in this new venture of becoming an animal sitter. I able to give medicine in pill or shot form. I am able to prepare speciality meals for an animals specific needs. I am also capable of performing basic cat chores. My Family's Pets: Black Lab Mix and Cat (Feeding, Grooming, Handling) I am an individual who likes to spend time with animals whenever I can. My grandmother lives very close to me, so I often go over to help her with her animals. She has a black lab mix and an energy filled boy cat. I frequently take her dog for walks and bathroom breaks, as well as feeding them both when needed. When my grandmother first got her lab, I was the main person training her and teaching her commands at a basic level. Being a patient individual, I am able to spend time with animals teaching them the basic behavioral traits. My Neighbor's Pets: Long Haired Labrador (Feeding, Handling) For the past few months, I have been taking care of my neighbor's 85 pound long-haired Labrador. This requires me to go over and take him out, feed him, and play with him. I also spend my time teaching him various commands he needs help with. This experience has technically been my first hired sitter job and I am looking for more as I love spending time with animals and giving them the love their owners do.
