I recently lost my dog, and I’m turning that love into extra care for other people’s pets—so your dog, cat, or other companion will get genuine attention, patience, and affection while you’re away. My home is kept pet-safe and tidy (no accessible food, unsafe items, or fragile objects within reach), and I take supervision seriously. I’ll follow your routine closely—feeding instructions, potty/litter schedule, leash rules, medication directions if applicable, and any home preferences—so your pet feels comfortable and secure. I’m happy to care for dogs of all sizes, cats, and other small pets, and I can accommodate special diets or needs as long as you provide the supplies and clear instructions. Expect regular updates and photos, and feel free to share anything that helps me make your pet feel right at home.

Jacob was, professional, responsive, and a kind. His home was lovely and most importantly, Panda took to him right away. She seemed relaxed and Jacob seemed to enjoy her company as well. This was my first time using Rover. I was very happy with the process and even happier to connect with Jacob. Lucy, our Pug was well taken care of and I felt extremely comfortable with leaving her with Jacob. I dropped her off as it was on our way out of town. I met Jacob and saw the house. I knew I had nothing to worry about as Lucy started to feel at home straight away for her overnight stay. I am very happy to have found Jacob and will be using him again whenever the need comes for dog sitting. Very good communication as well.
This was the second time Jacob watched Arfer and he was just as phenomenal as the first time! He is so accommodating and easy to work with. He also has such genuine affection for Arfer, so I’ll definitely be using Jacob again!

Jacob was so kind, easy to work with, and really accommodating. Plus, he’s a true dog lover! Arfer is a rescue with a lot of personality and separation anxiety, so he can be pretty needy. Jacob took such sweet care of him and gave him the attention he needed to feel comfortable. His home and fenced yard were a great setup, and I’m so glad I found him. I’ll absolutely be booking with Jacob again!

I keep a calm, pet-proofed home (no accessible food, unsafe items, or breakables) and I closely follow your instructions for feeding, walks, litter care, medications, and any special needs. I supervise carefully, respect each pet’s comfort level, and provide a clean, low-stress environment with plenty of attention and updates.
A typical day
A typical day includes plenty of calm attention and structured routine. For dogs: potty breaks, walks (sniff time included), play, and quiet rest. For cats: feeding, fresh water, litter care, play with toys, and calm hangout time. I tailor activity to your pet’s age, energy level, and comfort, and I’ll send photo updates along the way.
