Hi, I’m Jacob, Your Pet Sitter.
Originally from Upstate South Carolina, I’ve always been an animal person. I grew up around dogs and horses, so caring for animals has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. Today, I’m a proud dog dad myself, and I know just how important it is to have someone you trust caring for your pets when you can’t be there. I’m dependable, respectful, detail-oriented, and take pet care seriously. I understand that every dog has their own personality, routine, quirks, and preferences, and I make a point to follow your instructions closely so they feel as comfortable and at home as possible. When I’m not working, I enjoy traveling, spending time with friends and family, being outdoors, trying new restaurants, and cheering on Clemson during football season. Whether your dog needs a walk, drop-in visit, companionship while you’re away, or overnight care, my goal is simple: to make sure they’re safe, comfortable, happy, and genuinely cared for. I’m also happy to provide plenty of updates and photos along the way, because I know leaving your pet with someone else can feel a little like handing over a small, furry member of the royal family. I’ll treat your pet like they’re my own. I have two dogs—Mac Miller (a golden retriever) and Brody (a mini Bernedoodle)—so I know how important it is to have someone you fully trust caring for your pets. Most days, my dogs tag along with me for my morning routine, whether I’m heading into the office or grabbing coffee. They’re super well-behaved and love being out and about. In the evenings, we usually hit the beach or dog park for some fresh air and playtime. Whether it’s a walk, a drop-in visit, or overnight care, I’ll make sure your pet feels safe, loved, and well taken care of—just like I do with my own dogs.

Jacob was fantastic. Not only was he polite, he was attentive and responsive, and took great care of our Labrador retriever. We will definitely use Rover and hopefully have an opportunity to use Jacob again!

My work schedule is very flexible, which allows me to be available for pet care throughout the day—especially in the mornings and afternoons. Whether you need a regular walker, last-minute drop-in, or consistent daytime care, I’m happy to accommodate.
