Hey Rover folks! 👋 I'm excited to offer dog walking and house sitting services in the area! I prefer longer bookings and have a small travel fee of $1 per mile. As a huge animal lover, I'm all about providing top-notch care for your pets. I'm 27, a dedicated pet sitter/walker, and I'm hustling to support my kiddo. Reliability and your pet's well-being are my priorities! *Important*: I accept puppies who are mostly house-trained. If not, there's an extra $30 nightly fee. I can administer pills with food, but not injections. I'm active and love walks, so your dogs will get lots of exercise and love. I don’t do care for pets in my home, but when I care for pets in my clients home I will make sure that they are loved and cared for. If you stick to a specific routine I will make sure to keep that routine. I will make sure to listen to your specific instructions on what you’d like, and make it so while you’re away you are at ease that there is someone trustworthy making sure your pets are okay.

Job well done. Did all that was instructed to do and more. No mode of transport available meant that in the event of an emergency, other resources would have needed to be coordinated, which is not ideal.
Booked Jacob again and it was a really last minute request but thankfully he's a superstar! Came home to a happy cat and everything in place! Thank you Jacob for being so accommodating!

I don’t have any other work so I am going to try and make this my main job so my availability is really open and I’m open to anything.

- When caring for your pets, I make sure to cover all the important bases to keep them happy and healthy. I pay close attention to your pet’s dietary needs, ensuring they get the right food in the right amounts. I avoid giving them human food unless it's safe for them. Regular exercise is crucial for your pet’s health. I provide plenty of walks, playtime, and mental stimulation to keep them active and engaged. I keep up with their health care needs, including any medications, flea/tick prevention, and I’m always vigilant for any signs of illness. I understand the grooming needs of different pets and ensure they stay clean and comfortable with regular brushing and, if needed, baths. I help your pet socialize with other animals and humans, which is essential for their well-being. I use positive reinforcement techniques to help with basic training and ensure your pet behaves well. I make sure your home is safe for your pet, removing any hazards and keeping small objects out of reach. I provide a comfortable place for your pet to sleep and shower them with love and attention. I understand common pet behaviors and address any issues like chewing or scratching appropriately. I would like to know the nearest emergency vet clinic and have a plan in place in case of any emergencies. Your pet’s well-being is my top priority, and I’m dedicated to providing them with the best care possible while you are away.
