I have used Jacob a few times and have never left a review as I never had anything good or bad to say. Just so so experience. But I still tipped him well! But my last booking, he cancelled on me at the VERY last minute not leaving me time to book another sitter. He was supposed to show up at 6 pm and messaged me at 6 pm and said he wasn't coming due to illness. Didn't he know that he was sick before that???? I was quite angry because my husband and I had tickets to go to a show. Needless to say we decided to go anyway and give my dog with high separation anxiety a try alone for a few hours. NOT GOOD! Came home to a highly stressed out dog, a completely destroyed door and 2 destroyed blinds! This was very unprofessional of Jacob and I will not be using him again.
Jacob was very accommodating with my ever changing schedule. He connected well with my Daisy and I believe spoiled her even more so than she already is. I will definitely be using him again.
Jacob has taken care of my three dogs and two cats while I was away. I couldn’t be happier with the attention and care that he has shown to them just like they were his own. Would do it again in a heart beat.
