❤️ Treating Your Dog Like Family
Ever since I was young, I helped take care of my neighbors’ dogs by walking, feeding, and sometimes bathing them. I also grew up with two dogs that I loved very much, so caring for animals has always been a big part of my life. I don’t currently have a dog of my own, which is why I really enjoy spending time caring for other people’s pets and making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and happy.

I focus on keeping pets comfortable by sticking closely to their normal routine. In a client’s home, I make sure dogs are fed on schedule, have fresh water, and get plenty of attention and playtime. I also include walks and outdoor time if that’s part of their routine. Since I work from home on my computer, my schedule is flexible and I’m able to be around throughout the day to give dogs the attention and care they need while their owner is away

We had Jacob house-sit our Mini Schnauzer for a week. He sent us a photo of her every day and was willing to arrive before sunrise to accommodate our early flight. Jacob is friendly and kept the house as clean as we left it. We already have him booked for our next house-sitting to take good care of our doggy.
Jacob was very respectful, well-mannered, and well-intentioned. However, some mishaps happened with our booking. Firstly, the booking was set to start Friday evening at 6 but by 715 he had not yet shown. Upon reaching out, he apologized and thought the booking started the next day. Although he arrived very quickly, he asked if he was was supposed to be staying at the house - even though he was booked for house sitting. Upon leaving our home, and given instructions on how to use our lockbox key attached to our front door, he left the front door unlocked. I hope he is able to learn from these instances and continue to provide good care for pups moving forward!
Jacob has now house sit r Shihtzu twice for about 4-5 days and watched her on a separate occasion for a full day. He’s taken good care of her and is very responsible and keeps in communication throughout his stay. Will use him again in the future as needed.
Jacob has now watched r Shihtzu puppy twice. Once just for the day and the other occasion for 5 days. Both times in r home. Jacob has communicated with us throughout each visit and we’ve come back home to no issues. He will be watching her for us again for 4 days later this month and I trust him completely to take care of Gracie🐶 for us.
Jacob took care of our 8 month old puppy at our house for over two weeks! He was super communicative and responsive. He not only helped us with our puppy, but kept our house neat and taken care of! Our puppy was well attended, she was a happy girl when we returned. He is polite, respectful, and trustworthy! I totally recommend Jacob!
I would give Jake 5 stars just for having to deal with me!!! I was so nervous about leaving my new puppy and my spoiled 3.5-year-old pug, but Jake reassured me every step of the way. He sent photos, followed all of my instructions (all four pages of them!) perfectly, and took such great care of my dogs. Our older pug even goes to the spare room now looking for him! I can't thank Jake enough and highly recommend him to everyone. Thanks, Jake!!! 🐾💕

Schedule
I work from my computer, so I’m home most of the day and don’t have to leave for long periods of time. I also usually wake up around 5–6 AM and like to start the day with a walk outside. I enjoy being active, so if your dog enjoys walks and getting outside, I’m always happy to include them.
