I provide pet care full time, and I love what I do! I began working at a doggy daycare in 2025. My shifts are Tuesday 12:30-6:30pm, Wednesday 1-6:30pm, and Friday 1-6:30pm. Please ensure your dog is okay at home for this time during the week. Some of my clients opt to have a neighbor by for a potty break, but it works for many dogs that I go right there, let them out and feed them. My main focus is providing care for animals by overnight house sitting, drop-by care, or dog walking. There may be a small travel fee added for houses outside my service area. My house sitting is very in demand, so please book early for best availability! Thank you!

I will go over your regular routines for your furry family member, and chat about keeping your pet safe. I love a harness for walks, I’m familiar with gentle leads, and I carefully supervise backyard playtime. Wood trails are great for walks and I always keep a close eye to make sure your pet is not getting into any mischief! I have a good eye for ticks. I exercise the utmost caution when walking on the street, keeping alert for traffic or other hazards. I carefully assess dogs we may meet to ensure safety and distance, with skills I’ve learned working at a doggy daycare. I care for dogs in a reassuring, calm way, with lots of praise and patience. Your best friend is in good hands with me!

I love to encourage physical activity through walks, playing ball, chase, or going on a hike, depending on your dog’s preference. Enrichment activities such as snuffle mats, puzzles, a peanut butter kong, hiding treats, or tied up towels are engaging too. Snuggles on the couch are always good for bonding! I am gentle and patient, and enjoy simple training with treats, which your dog will love. For example wait, sit, shake or paw, spin (twinkletoes!), lay down, touch, weave, leave it. It’s a fun way to stimulate your smart pup and build a lasting bond!

Hi, I’m Jaclyn! I’ve always been an animal lover. I have taken care of family, friends, and coworkers pets for over 15 years, and consistently pet sitting since 2020. My experience ranges from cats and kittens, senior dogs and puppies, to rabbits, chickens, guinea pigs, ferrets, mice, rats, fish, and even tropical frogs. I make sure to keep your space tidy; laundry, dishes, vacuum, take in mail, take out trash. I want your home to be a safe haven, with nothing to tend to when you return. I am a wonderful companion, and I ensure your pet is happy, clean, fed, with lots of love and playtime. I always respect body language and boundaries, for everyone’s comfort. Animals love me! Whether they enjoy playing ball or love walks, or snuggles on the couch, I want to make sure your fur-babies are content. I provide one free meet-and-greet before sitting dates; I want to meet you and your pet, and ensure they are comfortable with me ahead of my visit. We will always recommend Jaclyn, our pup loves her and she is easy to reach if we’re freaking out and being helicopter parents!
Jaclyn goes above and beyond for the pets she cares for. We got lots of updates and pictures throughout the weekend, and the house was spotless when we arrived home. It felt like our pets were getting a vacation and not just adequate care. My dog was happy and exhausted on Sunday night. Our cat gave Jaclyn a bit of a hard time and was being protective of his space. Jaclyn was patient and a good sport, and Louie got over it quickly! Everyone was happy and stress-free when we got back. Absolutely nothing but good things to say! We'll be lucky if Jaclyn is available next time we need pet care.
Jaclyn was great! She was very easy to communicate with and so sweet with both of my dogs. Id absolutely recommend her!
