Jaclyn was amazing with Slater! He seemed like he enjoyed his time and I couldn’t have been happier. She sent me a pic of him while they were out walking and I loved seeing him so happy! Jaclyn definitely knows how to care and match a dog’s energy. You can tell she’s had plenty of experience. I would definitely book her again!

Jaclyn was very good! We ended up needing to reschedule due to the hurricane, but she was very flexible and didn't have any issues with that. Then we wanted to pick our cat up a day early from her, she was willing to work with us on that too. We would have liked to see more updates and pictures, especially without prompting. Overall, a good experience, and we appreciate her!
Jaclyn was great. Cats were fed, watered, and comfortable; healthy and safe. Would have preferred automatic updates but Jaclyn was always quickly responsive so this is a FIVE STAR review and recommendation.
She was super flexible and awesome with Leo! I could tell she was experienced with high energy dogs and lots of patience. I will definitely ask her to watch him again.
