Love pets more than most people 😄
I am one of those "crazy dog moms" who truly treat their pets as their children. I've had cats as well as dogs. Most recently I had to say goodbye to my 15 yr old terrior mix who was suffering from cancer. She was my whole world and I miss her every day. I remember how difficult it was to leave her for any reason and I want to be available to help others who want their fur babies cared for by someone who will give them all the love they deserve. I am only able to take dogs up to 30lbs. The settings in Rover don't let me get that specific, so I wanted to add that here. I also have a 26 yr in the home, Rich, who loves to help care for the pups we sit for. He is extremely helpful with extra walks and lots of extra snuggles, especially if I need to be out of the house for errands, etc.

Jaclyn is the best sitter! This was our dog Lunas second time with Jaclyn and she ran right up to her front door and was so excited to see her. We got lots of pictures and updates and could tell Luna had a great time! We will definitely use Jaclyn again for future sitting needs

Schedule
I work a hybrid schedule. I am available evenings Monday- Wednesday. All other days I am completely available for pet sitting. I am also happy to transport to dog parks, beaches, etc depending on what the pet likes.

Safety, trust & environment
I live in a townhouse with a deck for sunbathing and a backyard. I also have the entire condo complex for dog walking away from any roads. Pets are allowed anywhere in my home including on furniture. I will crate if requested, but I never crated my dog so this is not something I require.
A typical day
I typically follow the lead of the pup. High energy dogs get lots of walks, fetch, etc. Low energy pups get snuggles and pets. If you let me know what your pet likes, that's what we'll do!
