A typical day
Coming from a decade of experience as a veterinary technician and animal trainer, I love to provide enrichment and training to every animal I come across. We’d go for walks, have lots of 1 on 1 loving time, and of course lots of positive reinforcement.

Pet care experience
I have been around animals my whole entire life. I dedicated my education to getting a degree in Zoology. I’ve been an animal trainer to dogs and marine mammals for 11 years. I’ve also worked as a veterinary technician for 5 years in emergency, neurology, and general practice — with both dogs and cats. I have two Australian Shepherds at home. One is 9 years old and the other is 5! I have a tremendous amount of animal experience with giving medications, subcutaneous injections, and providing enriching, stimulating feedings for your pets. As a pet owner myself, I understand the importance of providing pictures, updates, and keeping you along every step of the way while you’re gone.

Jaclyn is always reliable and an excellent communicator. She has the biggest heart when it comes to caring for animals. My dog gets so excited anytime Jaclyn comes over to spend time with her. She even taught her how to shake and spin in a circle!
I was nervous about leaving my senior dog because he needs daily injections and a little extra attention, but the experience couldn't have been better. It was obvious he was cared for with patience, kindness, and confidence. Knowing his medication was handled properly gave me so much peace of mind. I came home to a happy, relaxed dog, and I wouldn't hesitate to trust them with his care again.
I can’t say enough wonderful things about the care my dogs received. Leaving your pets in someone else’s hands is never easy, but from day one, I felt completely at ease with Jaclyn. The attention, patience, and genuine love shown to my pets went far beyond what I expected. Every update, photo, and message reassured me that they were happy, comfortable, and receiving the same level of care they get at home. When I returned, my pets were relaxed, healthy, and clearly had formed a special bond with her!
