Hi! I’m Jacky, I’m 26, and am a huge animal lover! Graduated from UIUC as an MCB major and currently working towards my dream of becoming a doctor. I absolutely LOVE animals. I have 5 pets at home: 3 cats and 2 dogs. My cats like to mind their own business and they mostly hang out upstairs all day, but my dogs will have a blast having another friend in the room :) my dogs get along with any and all kinds of dogs! They’re very used to being around other animals. I have experience with dog and cat-sitting, not just through Rover, for a little over 9 years! I’m super friendly and active, so your pet will be in great hands! I’m very detail oriented and there’s definitely nothing I can’t handle. They will be treated as if they were my own baby. I currently go to medical school at UIC. I go to class and come right back home to study - I could use a study buddy! Your pet will gets lots of love from me when I’m home, and love from my partner and my other boys while I’m at school :) I'm so sure that the pictures I'll send you of your pet cuddled up with my pug will win you over! Jacky and Leo are such sweethearts and took care of my boys so well!! She gave them such a sweet Christmas with toys and treats while I was away to visit family. They truly took them in as one of their own, was careful with the dietary restrictions one of them has, and made sure to give me regular updates. Thank you both so much!! We will be back ❤️
Jacky and Leo take such good care of our furbaby Kylo. She treats him like he's one of their family. I appreciate the daily updates and pictures and know that he's safe and loved when he's with them!

Jacky and Leo are the best! Consistently provided updates and pictures of Baxter during his visit. Bax has a lot of energy and Jacky and Leo had no issues adjusting. Their puppies treated Bax like family and seem to be having a great time together. Definitely will book with Jacky and Leo going forward!
Jacky + Leo are amazing! Their stellar reviews and trio of pugs definitely drew us in but their personalities, attentiveness to detail and communication sold us! Upon our first visit and drop off, you could feel Jacky’s warmth and love for fur babies and we got a chance to see how Leo does feeding for their pugs too (if you can get your 3 pugs to pray before a meal, you can do it all). They followed up with questions to ensure that Chubbs stay would be comfortable and that was extremely comforting on our end. Throughout his stay, they sent photos and were super flexible with timing of pick up/drop offs. We 100% plan to have them as our forever go-to Chubbs cuddler’s and are so happy to have found them.

Schedule
I have pets of my own, so your pet will fit in perfectly since I already have a natural routine with my fur babies. I live with my fiance so your pet will not rely on JUST me for all the loving :)

Pets at my place will have a ton of fun and never feel lonely! If your pet has specific requirements, I can easily accommodate to them to ensure their well being. Pets will always be babies to me, and I’ll treat and care for them the same!

A typical day
I’m no stranger to the dog park, I love going on walks, and playing with all their favorite toys! If your pet is a cuddler, even better because I love having my lazy days just as much. We have a lot of backyard play time too. My dog just likes to be chased around so it's definitely refreshing being able to watch dogs that actually like to play fetch!

- I would like to know if the pet is house trained. I understand accidents happen and it’s a new place, but if they are not house trained then we are unfortunately not a good fit. If there’s anything specific about diet or something I should know or be aware of, let me know! There’s nothing I can’t handle! From deaf dogs, to almost blind dogs, to medications, I can do it all. I ask that your pet is friendly with other pets (since I have some at home!) My dogs are pretty friendly and like to play, so they'll have no trouble being entertained at home. They also get tired easily so they’re sleeping and cuddling with each other for most of the day! I have a large size crate if necessary that we use to potty train and to create an overall safe space for them (if you crate train your dogs and would like me to use it, let me know).
