A typical day
I follow what the owner expects of me. I am the person who allows the pet owner peace of mind. They do not need to worry about their pet. I will walk their dog. Spend time with their pet. Not just pop in for 5 seconds. I'm hired to care for your pet the best way possible.

I have always been an animal lover. I volunteer my time through BernCo and Eastside Animal shelters. I do this because it recharges my soul. I have experience in puppies and seniors. I get on their level. Look them in the eyes and tell them how great they are. I never rush meeting a new pet. I make sure they know me before thier parent just leaves them. I try to get one on one time first. A short walk. A belly rub. A snack or two ...and always smell like bacon.

Jackie is a godsend. My dogs love her more than they love me lol She took excellent care of them, playing, sitting, whatever they wanted. She always stayed with them longer than requested (I requested four drop ins per day while I was away). My house was exactly as I had left it, even though she was welcome to anything in the fridge, etc. I can't recommend her highly enough!!!
Jackie is the best dog sitter I’ve ever had. She really knew how to work with my little fur baby, Della, who is a rescue, traumatized, and a bit timid. She got Della relaxed and out of her shell during her time with her. She took her on walks and car rides. She kept me updated with sweet pictures and texts while I was out of the country, and I felt at ease that my dog was in excellent, caring hands. There’s nothing worse than being worried about your pets while out of town! I call Jackie the dog whisperer because my dog really hadn’t come out of her shell or out from under the bed with anyone else besides me. Jackie is kind, respectful, and just all around a good person. I trust her in my home with my dog. Honestly, my dog seems like she misses Jackie!
Jackie has been watching my dogs for two generations of them. I have never experienced a problem and have zero concerns when they are in her care. She's nursed one of my dogs through a health crisis while I was away and I came back to a thoroughly recuperated dog. The emergency was in no way her fault. She handled it with care and concern and was beyond fabulous! Cannot recommend highly enough.
