Took great care of our literal zoo (2 dogs, 5 cats, & 8 chickens)!

We had an agreed time when we initially met. She told us she'd be able to stop by before work from 7-9am and than after work around 4-9pm. (We have cameras in our house so we periodically checked them to see if everything's okay). She left all the lights on in our house. Our electric bill came by this momth as if we were home all month. Our dogs were under fed. We left on a trip for about two weeks. We have two great danes. We leave food out for them all throughout the day. We left food in their container that was more than halfway full and a whole 40lb bag of unopened dog food for her to use. We told her that they eat whenever they want but to always leave food out. Came home to a bag unopened and being able to see both our dogs ribs more prominent. Once we came home they both ate two large bowls of dog food each. She had texted a few times through our trip asking questions or letting us know about an issue that arised. So I don't understand why if she was worried there wasn't enough food why she couldn't ask us about the food. We had an extra bag available, and if not we definitely would have either zelled her money or made an early order for their food to come in. We know they were hungry because one dog started to eat his blanket, both dogs started eating their waters bowls in their kennel and got out his cage somehow and ate a glove.

Jacklyn took great care of Leila while we were gone. Loved that she sent plenty of pictures of her.

Accidentally had the wrong address listed and Jacklyn still made the effort to make sure my little girl was taken care of. And on short notice! Highly recommend her for drop-in visits and will use her again in the future!

We felt so assured that our home and our pup were in good hands with Jaclyn while we were away in The UK.

Jacklyn was great with 9ur 10 month old, high energy puppy. He loved spending time with her and going on walks too. He looks forward to seeing her again.
