Hi Pet Parents! 🐾 please read I bring over 6 years of pet care experience from Wag and have been on Rover for about a year where I built long term relationships with pups (and their humans!) through a ton of walks, drop-ins and sittings! ✨ What sets me apart? - Consistency & reliability: I treat your pets and your home with the same care I’d want for my own. - Experience with all kinds of dogs: from shy rescues to energetic puppies to senior pups or disabled dogs who need gentler attention and care - Communication: I keep you in the loop with updates, photos and videos so you can relax knowing your best friend is happy and safe. I know how much trust it takes to leave your pets with someone and I don’t take that lightly. Whether it’s a quick walk, an overnight stay or daily drop ins, I’m here to make sure your pets feel loved and cared for while you’re away. - I know a lot of you are parents and / or are very busy if you need more assistance such as picking your dog up from doggy day care, grooming appointments or simply just cleaning up the house please let me know and we can discuss further Can’t wait to meet you and your fur babies! 🐶🐾

When I care for pets in their own home, I focus on keeping their routine as normal and comfortable as possible. - Walks & exercise: I match your dog’s pace and energy level whether that’s a quick potty break, a long walk playtime. - Drop-ins: I handle feeding, fresh water, litter or potty breaks and always make time for playtime and affection so your pet feels loved, not just “checked on.” - Sitting: I provide companionship, stick to your pet’s daily schedule and make sure your home is respected and cared for while you’re away. I completely understand how much trust it takes to let someone into your home. For extra peace of mind, I always encourage pet parents to use cameras if they’d like because that way you can see your pets happy and comfortable while you’re away. I also send regular updates, photos and videos so you can relax knowing your best friend is in loving hands. Just for extra reassurance, I don’t invite people into your home. The only time I ever have was for a family I’d been sitting for over many years, and I made sure to ask first—I only had my dad over for dinner because it was Thanksgiving during that stay. Aside from that, I would never invite friends or anyone else over, as I personally find that disrespectful.

Jacklyn took great care of our two young (3mo and 1.5yr old), energetic pups! She made sure they got the exercise & enrichment they needed, as well as the calm, rest time. She left the house in perfect condition, and we came home to two happy, healthy girls!
We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We’ve recently moved and not fully unpacked/set-up, there was a power outage just before we left, a storm while we were gone and Jacklyn handled it all like a champ. The pups couldn’t have been happier and well taken care of while we were away. Jacklyn sent photos and messages regularly to us plus the house was perfect when we arrived home. Thank you Jacklyn - we will definitely be in touch again and highly recommend
Jacklyn was amazing! I was very nervous that my dog would be scared, and Jak put me at ease with great communication and videos. She was able to get my shy dog to warm up to her, through cuddles, frequent play sessions, and time outside. She definitely knows how to work with animals and I would recommend her!
Jacklyn took great care of Bianca, provided tons of updates and even help ensure a house project was able to proceed without issue. We’ll definitely book her again in the future!
I’m happy to add to the list of excellent reviews for Jakk! She took terrific care of our mini poodle, our two cats and our house while we were out of town. We came back to content animals, a tidy home, AND a fresh baked, delicious cinnamon sugar bread! Jakk also went the extra mile and took our dog to the groomer so I didn’t have to reschedule his appointment. She sent regular photos and videos and was very reachable, flexible, and responsive. At first I was anxious to leave our floofs with someone new to us, but it took about 30 seconds to realize Jakk loves animals and they love her back. We’re incredibly grateful for her work, kindness, and professionalism. What a delightful person and great animal sitter. Thank you!
My dear Jacklyn was simply a godsend with my little fur baby! From the moment she walked through the door, she was as sweet as pie, treated my precious pup like the grandbaby he is to me. She kept this old gal in the loop every single minute, bless her heart. A quick text the second she pulled up, another when she tucked him in for his nap and one more when she locked up tighter than Fort Knox. I came home to find my floors sparkling and the throw pillows fluffed, my house looked better than when I left! She tiptoed around so quietly the neighbors never even knew she was there: no yapping, no strangers, no loud music, just pure serenity. My sweet doggie usually paces and whimpers the whole time I’m gone, but with Jacklyn he was calmer than a Sunday afternoon. If you’re fortunate enough to book with her, grab that booking faster than I snatch the last slice of lemon meringue.
