Hi there! I’m Jacqueline — a proud UCLA and Johns Hopkins alum turned full-time mom and lifelong animal lover. With plenty of hands-on experience caring for cats, dogs, rabbits, fish, and birds, I’m here to offer your furry (or feathered!) family members the same love and care I give my own crew of two kids, three cats, and two dogs. Located in Van Nuys (Lake Balboa), I’m happy to help local families with drop-ins, walks, or boarding. For boarding guests, we offer a spacious home with a dedicated pet-friendly room, an open downstairs living area, and a generous backyard to explore. Please note: we’re a kid- and dog-friendly household, but if your pet prefers a quieter space, we’re happy to accommodate. We have a dedicated downstairs bedroom for pets who like more quiet in between walks or outdoor playtime. Lots of options! Let’s connect — I’d love to meet your critters!

Jackie did an absolutely wonderful job caring for our cat and dog while we were away, truly the best pet sitter we’ve had in years. She is incredibly kind, attentive, and full of positive energy. It gave us such peace of mind knowing our pets were in such loving and capable hands. We came home to two very happy, well-cared-for animals! We couldn’t be more pleased and will absolutely be asking her to pet sit for us again. Highly recommend!

Jackie was hands down the best sitter we've ever used. Not only was she timely and provided continuous communication, she was more than equipped to handle additional pill/liquid prescriptions required as a result of a sudden change in one of our cats' health. 10/10 would recommend Jackie without any reservations and will definitely be looking to her in the future.

As a stay-at-home mom with a flexible schedule, I’m able to give your pets plenty of time, attention, and care throughout the day. Whether it’s cuddles, playtime, or just keeping them company, they’ll never feel alone!

In my home, pets are treated like family. I provide a safe, loving, and attentive environment with lots of interaction, play, and snuggles. With a flexible stay-at-home schedule, I’m around throughout the day to ensure your pet feels comfortable, cared for, and never alone. I have a dedicated pet-friendly space, plus a spacious backyard for supervised outdoor time. In a client’s home, I follow their routine closely to keep pets feeling secure and happy in their own environment. Whether it’s feeding, playtime, walks, or simply being a calming presence, I make sure each visit is personalized and full of care.

A typical day
I love keeping pets active, engaged, and happy! For dogs, that means fun walks around the neighborhood, playtime at local parks, and even beach adventures if they’re up for it. For cats, I provide plenty of kitty-approved play — whether it’s chasing toys, pouncing on feather wands, or exploring cozy nooks. And of course, there’s no shortage of cuddles, love, and one-on-one attention for every pet in my care!
