My name is Jackie, I am the daughter of the duo. And My mother's name is Jannalea. We are both committed to taking care of dogs for as long as we can remember. My experience with pets is not just owning dogs, I have volunteered for rescues when I was in college; rescuing them and being there at adoption events to help people find the right dog. Jannalea has had dogs for 30+ years and she has great experience, and her mommy intuition always has dogs that flock to her. What sets us apart from other sitters and most dog boarding facilities is that we make it feel like home, we make it feel safe, and that when you drop off your dog at our home, you know that your dog is at 'Grandma's house'; they will be spoiled rotten like they are our grandchildren.

Our dog had an amazing time staying with Jackie and the accommodations were perfect. I would highly recommend Jackie for anyone who needed their dogs looked after and will definitely book in the future!
Jackie is great! Our concern was this will be the first time we are leavng our large dogs to a stranger and was anxious on how they will behave. But my husband and I was impressed during our meet up, she handled our GSD well and we can tell that she’s been working with dogs for a while. She even accomodated our 3rd dog. Daily updates as to how the dogs were during the first few days untill they have well adjusted to their new environment was an added bonus to us (anxious paw parents). I will definitely recommend her and will use her services in the future.

Very unprofessional !!! My dog was kept my dog in false imprisonment for over 12 hours. They refused to release her. This was, even after they extorted & received an extra holiday day fee. When they finally agreed for us to pick my dog up: They had a young man come out and curse at us. The mother threw down the dog food on the ground In our eagerness to leave the toxic environment, we unfortunately did not notice that they failed to return our dog’s food dish Extremely unprofessional I would certainly NOT recommend this service.

Schedule
I am working part-time at Home Depot, so the schedule changes weekly and I have full-time shifts sometimes. I manage the profile at Rover so it's why my name is on this, and not just my Mom. Jannalea however is home for most of the time, and covers the times I am usually off at work. So your dog will never be alone at home for very extended periods of time. We also sometimes have our neighbors (and family) over, so your dog will be accompanied by many loving people

Safety, trust & environment
We have a fence in the backyard that is firm and secure. So your dog will be completely safe from any risky outside elements. It is also big and spacious so your dog can run free and even sunbathe if they want to.
A typical day
They will be able to go on walks, maybe play some tug-of-war and keep away, and when relaxed, lay down with us as we watch TV together. We also have a safe neighborhood that are mostly dog owners so during our walks are relatively comfortable and at peace.
