Dogs have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember, and caring for them is something I truly enjoy. I have owned and cared for two dogs, including one who lived to the remarkable age of 22. My current dog is 15 years old and still acts like a puppy, giving me valuable experience caring for both senior dogs and energetic companions. In addition to caring for my own dogs, I have been dog sitting for friends and neighbors since I was around 13 or 14 years old. Over the years, I have gained experience with dogs of different ages, sizes, and personalities, helping with feeding, walks, playtime, companionship, and maintaining their regular routines while their owners are away. I understand that every dog is unique and deserves patient, attentive care. Whether your dog loves outdoor adventures, playtime, or simply relaxing with a companion, I will make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for. My goal is to provide dependable care and give pet owners peace of mind knowing their dogs are in good hands.

I live in a nice neighborhood with a spacious backyard that is fenced in with a mix of astroturf and small rocks. I also have a shed in the back where the dogs can hang out when it is either raining or when it is super hot outside. It is a perfect hangout spot for your dogs to enjoy!

Jack has cared for both of my dogs, a Pit Bull and a street dog I rescued from Mexico. I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Both dogs have a lot of energy and unique personalities, but Jack handled them with patience, confidence, and genuine care. One thing I really appreciated was his communication. He kept me updated throughout their stay, sent plenty of photos, and always made me feel reassured that my dogs were safe and having a great time. It’s clear that he genuinely enjoys working with animals and takes the responsibility seriously. My dogs were well cared for, exercised, and happy when I picked them up. I would absolutely trust Jack to watch them again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable, communicative, and caring dog sitter.
For countless years Jack has been taking care of our beloved, four-legged, family members, Molly (15yr. old Maltese mix) and Max (22yr. old poodle mix) who we just recently had to say farewell to. Jack's care, concern, and warmth helped us tremendously with Max's passing. He continues to express love and friendship to Molly on an almost daily basis. I highly recommend Jack for taking care of your family member.
Jack is amazing with our Molly. He walks her, plays with her and takes her safely in the car with our car seat. Until 2 months ago we had two dogs. Our Max was 22 years old when we put him down. Jack was very caring and thoughtful, even managing diapers in the end, with Max.

Schedule
I am currently a part time surf instructor. My schedule varies week to week depending on how many lessons are booked. That means I will have lots of time to hang out and take care of your dogs!
