I’m currently between jobs and going back to school in the fall, which means I have full availability all summer long. My schedule is extremely flexible, and I’m happy to accommodate your pet-sitting needs—whether that’s regular check-ins, overnights, or last-minute help. I live locally in Mulberry and often help out at my family’s pharmacy, but otherwise my time is yours!

I’d love to know their daily routine—feeding times, potty schedules, how they are with strangers, other animals, etc. Definitely let me know about any medical needs, allergies, or behavioral stuff (like if they get nervous during storms or don’t like being picked up). Also just what they enjoy! Favorite treats, toys, or spots in the house—they’re all helpful so I can make them feel as comfortable as possible.
A typical day
Depends on the pet! For dogs, I love going on walks, playing fetch, and giving them plenty of attention and affection. If they like playing tug-of-war or running around the yard, I’m all for it. For cats, I’m all about giving them their space but still engaging with them—playing with toys, laser pointers, or just chilling together if they’re more low-key. I try to match their vibe and make sure they’re having a good time while still feeling safe and relaxed.

I’ve been caring for pets since I was a kid—everything from German Shepherds and Pit Bulls to Chihuahuas and Great Danes. I’ve administered medicine, handled special feeding routines, and taken care of elderly animals with extra needs. I’ve also pet-sat for family friends, neighbors, and multiple households over the years. I currently live with cats I care for full-time, and I’m happy to help with additional tasks like watering plants, taking out litter, or feeding fish. I’m great at following specific instructions and keeping pets happy and healthy.

Jack has always been very sweet and caring to our cats. He takes great care in feeding them and playing with them and make sure the litter boxes are kept clean and fresh.
Jack has cared for our dogs for years. We felt at ease with him taking care of our 3 fur babies. He spent time when he came over to exercise them and feed them. He did not just run in and out but spent time to make sure they have human contact and love. When we have arrived back from trips they are happy and healthy.
