Safety, trust & environment

I always try to keep pets as comfortable and stress-free as possible by sticking closely to their normal routine and giving them care that matches their personality and needs. Whether I’m doing walks, drop-in visits, or caring for pets in my home, I focus on making sure they feel safe, relaxed, and well cared for. For walks and drop-ins, I make sure pets get plenty of attention, exercise, bathroom breaks, fresh water, meals if needed, and playtime or companionship depending on their energy level. I’m also comfortable administering basic medications and caring for multiple pets at once.

Information Jack P. would like to know about your pet

I think it’s really important to know about a pet’s normal routine, personality, energy level, and any special needs ahead of time. Things like feeding schedules, leash behavior, medications, favorite activities, anxieties, or how they interact with other animals can make a huge difference in helping them feel comfortable and cared for.

A typical day

I like making sure pets have fun and get plenty of attention while they’re with me! Depending on their personality and energy level, that can mean walks, fetch, tug-of-war, playtime, or just hanging out and giving them lots of attention and affection. I always try to match each pet’s vibe and make sure they feel comfortable, happy, and cared for while their owners are away.

Pet care experience

Animals have always been a huge part of my life, and I have over 10 years of hands-on experience caring for both dogs and cats. I currently have two dogs and a cat of my own, and I’m very comfortable with pets of different personalities, energy levels, and routines. I have experience with daily walks, administering basic medications, caring for multiple pets at once, and making sure animals feel comfortable and relaxed in their own environment. I’m especially patient with shy or anxious pets and always take the time to understand what makes each animal feel safe and happy. I also know how important communication is when someone else is caring for your pet. I provide regular updates and plenty of photos so you always know how your pet is doing and can feel confident they’re being well cared for. My goal is simple: to treat every pet with the same care, attention, and kindness that I give my own. I want you to feel completely comfortable knowing your pet is safe, happy, and in good hands while you’re away.

Amazing last minute response and professionalism

Jack has grown up with pets. Most of his life he has had dogs, two at a time. When he was young, he helped care for the family German Shepherd and the little rescue mixed breed. He walked them every morning before he went to school and after school as well. Jack has two dogs of his own as an adult, and is totally dedicated to their well being. He walks them, grooms them, and always ensures they are safe and healthy. Jack is always calm and relaxed with animals, he is a reliable caregiver!

Jack is a very caring person, especially when it comes to animals. Since I have known him he has shown how caring he is with his own dogs and cats. He has also helped me take care of my mom’s pets. I know I can trust him to be attentive, respectful and patient.
