In my household you will find dogs, cats, and people coexisting quite peacefully. We have a big fenced back yard and the kitchen is gated off which keeps the dogs out of the kitchen and gives the cats a space they can get away from the dogs.

A typical day
I genuinely enjoy getting to know new dogs. I always spend the entire time we are walking just talking to them which not only stimulates them mentally, but also helps them to get to know me. I also run and hike for fun so I can keep up with even the most energetic of dogs!

Pet care experience
I graduated from Community Care College in 2013 with a veterinary assisting degree and have worked in several clinics, including the Tulsa SPCA. I can handle everything from puppies and kittens to seniors and am skilled in delivering medications. I’ve provided care for all sorts of creatures including dogs, cats, birds, snakes, rats, and rabbits. I currently have 4 pets of my own, 2 dogs and 2 cats, who are spoiled rotten.
