Pet care experience

Please pay me to be your pet’s BFF

Hello there! My name is Jacey, and I have a lifetime of pet care experience. Because my dad actually trained dogs for a living throughout my childhood, I am very well-versed on dog care. My family always had about 5 dogs at once, so when it comes to pet care, I’m a pro. I personally own a cat who is my entire life (and very spoiled), so I would also consider myself quite educated in the cat care world. My husband (Garrett, also lifetime dog owner and lover) and I both work from home, so there will always be a person around to attend to your pet’s needs. I would be honored to hang out with your fur babies, and hope you consider me as their sitter!

Peace of mind is what you will have when you leave your baby with Jacy. I felt it before I left. My dog was spoiled and loved the whole time. I appreciated her following the feeding and care instructions I wanted for Ellie. I will be using her again.

Jacey and her husband are AMAZING! 10 out of 10 would recommend! It's the first time my little pup Espresso had stayed with anyone else other than family. I don't have any kids of my own so Espresso is my baby and a little high maintenance 😆. But he's little, he has seizures and he's not great with other dogs so I was worried about putting him in a kennel. Those concrete sterile rooms and being outside with a bunch of other dogs made me nervous. Then I found Rover! With Jacey, he's the only dog in the house which it perfect! They have a sweet cat named Wilbur. Their house is lovely and clean. They have a beautifully maintained, fenced in backyard. Jacey sent me pictures a few times a day, and I could see that he was happy and loved. Jacey message me that he took his medicine and other information about his overall health. It made me feel better to know Espresso was with people who care during his seizure episode. I would give 10 Stars if I could!

My dog Rocko had the best experience with Jacey B and her husband. They sent me pictures of Rocko everyday, and I will let Rocko stay again. I felt really good about leaving Rocko, and I can see how the interaction was solid. Thank you guys SO much for watching Rocko for me at the last minute. You guys are WONDERFUL!!!!

Jacey was great to work with, everything you want in a host - super responsive, flexible, caring while providing a safe environment. My pup, who is high energy and at times can be a handful had the best time during her stay. Her partner, Garrett, helped with watching my pup and was amazing with communication and sharing updates. My pup was so comfortable with them and could tell she had a great time during the stay, she came home and passed out from her fun and enriching time with them. Will absolutely be using Jacey again and would recommend to anyone.

Calendar and availability

Schedule

My husband (Garrett) and I both work from home, making pet sitting an easy addition to our daily lives. We generally love to take walks around our neighborhood for a nice break during lunch time and both have the flexibility in our work lives to attend to a pet's needs accordingly.

Where your pet will stay

Home characteristics

Lives in a house
Has a fenced yard
Non-smoking household
Has 1 cat
Children 0-5 years old
Dogs not allowed on bed
Dogs allowed on furniture
Potty breaks every 2-4 hours

Safety, trust & environment

Because we work from home and are generally home-bodies, caring for pets will fit right into our normal lives. I am a HUGE dog lover, already a cat-mama, and looking to add some furry friends to play with in our downtime. We live in a house that has a fenced in yard and a lot of space, so a more active animal will have room to run around inside as well as out. My cat Wilbur is also very playful and always looking for a new playmate!

Pets

A typical day

I live in a beautiful, very dog friendly neighborhood with walkable streets all around. Your doggos can expect lots of outside play and/cuddle time on the couch, depending on their preference! We have a fenced in back yard big enough for a dog of any size to run around.

Are they good with cats? Are they potty trained? What is the energy level? Can they handle stairs? Are they play-oriented or cuddle oriented or BOTH?
