Our dogs _love_ Jace. We are repeat clients and he does an absolutely great job. The dogs are excited to see him, they get great walks in the morning, we get daily updates, and the house is always left clean. He is a fantastic sitter.
Jace was EXCELLENT. We booked him on very short notice for 4 days of housesitting. He not only took our request as first-time customers, but he made time the day before we left to meet our two big dogs, Max and Samiya. He provided daily photo updates of their early AM walks, checked in with us on questions, and took out the trash and cleaned the counters before we got home. We would absolutely book w him again. The dogs loved him, and he left us with absolute confidence that they were well taken care of. Five out of five stars, easily.

Jace was amazing! He is very communicative and professional and took great care of our dog while we were away. He definitely spoiled our dog like he was his own. We came home to a spotless house and he even hauled in all the packages that arrived while we were gone. - To ensure I provide the best care for pets, I always make sure to gather important information ahead of time. Here's what I typically ask: 1. Health and Medical Information: Any medical conditions, medications, allergies, or special dietary needs. 2. Routine and Schedule: Feeding times, portion sizes, walk times, and any specific routines they are used to. 3 Behavioral Traits: Temperament, any fears or anxieties, social behavior with other animals, and any known triggers. 4. Favorite Activities: Preferred toys, games, or activities they enjoy most. 5. Commands and Training: Any specific commands or training cues they respond to. 6. Emergency Contacts: Veterinarian contact information and preferred emergency contact if the owner is unavailable. 7. Household Rules: Areas of the house they are allowed or not allowed, furniture rules, and any special instructions for home security. Having this information helps me tailor my care to each pet's unique needs and ensure they feel comfortable and happy in their home environment.
