So so grateful to Jacki for accommodating a last minute request when our normal sitter was unwell. Always so lovely to see photos- Truffle clearly loved her time with Jacki today! Thank you thank you thank you!

Thanks so much for looking after Farro, you did an excellent job, would recommend!

I cannot speak highly enough of Jacalyn's cat sitting services. When my elderly mother was suddenly taken into hospital, I contacted Jacalyn on the same day in a panic about who would care for Mum's cat. Jacalyn responded immediately and arranged drop-in visits without hesitation. Throughout this stressful time, Jacalyn was an absolute legend. She was thoroughly professional, reliable, and genuinely caring - not just going through the motions but truly looking after the cat with kindness and attention. Her flexibility as our situation changed was incredibly appreciated, and she kept me updated which gave me tremendous peace of mind while focusing on my mother's care. Jacalyn's service was impeccable from start to finish. I would not hesitate to use her services again and wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone needing a trustworthy, compassionate cat sitter. Thank you, Jacalyn, for everything you did during such a difficult time.

Jacki was brilliant! We had to book a last minute puppy drop in when our usual dog sitter was away and our work schedule changed at the last minute. Jacki dropped in to meet Truffle and us and put our mind so at ease with letting someone new look after our puppy. The photos and communication on the day was also so appreciated. Great to know we have someone trusted if we're ever stuck again. Thank you!
