I am not currently looking to house any pets in my home because I do have a cat who is very wary of strange animals. Despite how much I loved to spoil my own pets, I never engage in any behaviors or give pets any rewards that their owners did not explicitly say were appropriate.

I love to take dogs on walks/runs and practice any tricks or skills they know to keep them mentally stimulated. Any and all toys will be played with!

Pet care experience
I have been learning about how to take care of dogs since I was 5 years old. That was when parents got me and my 2 older sisters a dachshund puppy that we then doted on for the next 17 years. Because of this, I am experienced in caring for and walking senior dogs, and understand the individuality of every dog’s path of aging.

Izzie was one of the primary caregivers of our family dog for 17 years. She consistently fed, bathed and took him and took him on walks. As he aged, she was conscious of his unique needs such as being lifted and taking medicine. Even when she moved away for college, Izzie was one of the only people I trusted to care for our dog and cats when I was out of town.
