This is the second time we had Izabela stay with our pets and she did a fantastic job once again! She is so loving towards them and is really quick with communicating with us which is a huge plus. Not to mention she leaves my home cleaner than I left it😍 You should definitely pick Izabela as your pet sitter if you want someone to treat your pets & home like their own (:

TGIF, Izabella, I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the care you provided to my beloved furry friend while we were away. Your attention to Reesey was truly appreciated. Your families commitment to step in, in your absence was appreciated. However, I cannot go without expressing my concern and disappointment regarding the recent house and pet sitting arrangement we had originally agreed upon. When I spoke to you on the first evening, it was evident you were not present as agreed, and this caused slight stress and worry. As you know, entrusting someone with the care of their home and beloved pets is a responsibility that most take very seriously, and I was counting on you to fulfill your commitment. I appreciated that you immediately had someone bring you back to my home that same evening. Following this first encounter, inconsistencies in our conversations on the 2nd evening and outdoor security footage lead me to believe you were not being truthful about our agreement. The next day you alleged allergies would not allow you to continue overnight stays. We appreciated that you arranged other family members to step in where needed. And we were able to resolve this matter amicably. Regarding the small drip on my kitchen faucet. This turned out to be way more than you alluded as it dripped for a long period of time, which ended up damaging my cabinets and floors. My plumber has identified the drip, as user error. In the future notifying the home owner of anything unusual would have avoided this unfortunate outcome. My advice is that home owners and pet parents expect transparency and integrity in any engagements they have with Home pet sitters. Clear and truthful communication is essential to maintaining trust and ensuring the well-being of their pets and home. It is evident that you truly care for the well being of pets, and for that I am blessed. Just try to be more aware of your commitments. If you are unable to fulfill the requirements, it’s ok, to not take the job. In closing, I wish you well as you continue college and all future endeavors.

Izabela did an amazing job house sitting and taking care of my large dog and cat! We would absolutely hire her again. She left the house in great shape and she was super qucik to respond to messages. A great first experience using Rover.

I have known Izabela for a very long time, and I can say with 100% certainty she is a caring and wonderful animal lover. She has multiple pets of her own, one dog (Pepper) and one lizard (Viserion), and treats them with the utmost respect and love she can. She showers them in affection and makes sure they have the best quality of life possible. I myself have a pet, a cat (Biscuit) and I would trust Izabela to look after him without a doubt in my mind. She cares so deeply for all animals, and treats them right, and I would trust her with any animal.

Izabela is an amazing and loving pet parent. She has 2 beaded dragons that she cares for and a min pin as well. Shes very attentive to her pets and listens to their needs. Izabela is an active pet care giver and makes her pets feel loved and respected.

I can attest that Izabela will make an excellent dog walker and pet sitter. She has been looking after my cats for 6 years. She’s extremely reliable and caring and my cats love her. I also see her walking her dog frequently when she’s home from school. She will be an asset to your team. Gail H
