Hi! My name is Iyah, and animals have always been a huge part of my life. While I am new to Rover, I'm not new to caring for fur-babies!! I have loved animals of all kinds since I arrived on this earth! I have hands-on experience caring for dogs of all sizes, ages, personalities, and energy levels through previous and current professional work experience at a dog and cat care/boarding business, along with caring for pets in my personal life as well. I’m comfortable with feeding routines, walks, playtime, basic grooming care, administering medications when needed, and making sure pets feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their owners are away. I also understand that every dog is different, so I always try to pay attention to their personality, routines, boundaries, body language and needs. I have experience with dogs and cats of all ages, including anxious pets. I know how important it is to trust the person caring for your pet, so I always aim to provide reliable care, consistent communication, and lots of updates/photos for peace of mind. Whether your dog is energetic and playful or more shy and relaxed, I’ll make sure they receive patience, attention, love and genuine care. Your baby will be cared for and loved on as if they were my own. For me to be even more successful in what I do, I love all my clients to give me as much details about their babies as possible, I'm here to accommodate, support and make you and your pet-parent life as comfortable as possible. For transparency and safety, I want all pet parents to know that my fiancé, Robert, may accompany me for certain bookings—particularly overnight house-sitting stays or bookings farther away from home. Robert and I both work professionally with animals full-time and have hands-on experience caring for dogs and cats with different personalities, routines, and needs. We genuinely love what we do, and your pets’ safety, comfort, and happiness will always come first. 🐶🐱💕 For house-sitting bookings, I may request that Robert accompany me, as I am a young woman staying overnight in an unfamiliar home and area. I completely understand that this is your home, so this will always be discussed with you beforehand—there will never be an unexpected additional guest in your home. You’re also more than welcome to meet both of us during our Meet & Greet so you can feel completely comfortable with who will be caring for your pets and staying in your home.
