As a long-time animal-lover, I’ll happily care for your dog while you’re away or bring them along for a walk or hike with my own pups. We currently have two dogs and cat so I have plenty of experience to make your fur baby feel safe, loved, and cared for ❤️

Whenever meeting a new pet, I give them the space to feel safe around me. I think it’s important to let them warm up to me on their own accord. In terms of physical safety, I always ensure that pets are securely harnessed and leashed before we head out.

Ixia is amazing to my dog, Sammy and very communicative. She makes sure to take Sammy to the park so he can get his energy out and always sends photo updates. She even went above and beyond on the last sit by dropping Sammy off at a friends house because she wasn’t available the last day of my vacation. She still agreed to watch Sammy and handled all the logistics. Now a repeat customer. Thanks Ixia!

My dog’s (Liam) stay with Ixia was the longest I’ve ever been away from him in the 15 years I’ve had him, and I couldn’t be more happy to have chosen to book with Ixia. She was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns, and also sent daily photo dumps of Liam lounging her own pets that I really appreciated. Ixia was super flexible with any changes in schedule as well. Overall, I was completely put at ease so I could focus on my vacation; Liam was very comfortable and well taken care off as if he were Ixia’s own.

Schedule
I work remotely and get to spend all day with my pups. We usually go out for two shorts walks a day and then a longer walk or hike after work.
