Ixia helped us out last minute and was a big help! Communication was good, and she made sure our dog got enough exercise and was well taken care of in our absence. My only concern is that many of the check-ins began 2 hours later than we agreed upon.

We were in need of a sitter last minute for a weekend trip, and she responded right away and even came later that same day to meet our two dogs. Both dogs instantly loved her — which says a lot, especially for our anxious dog. She came by from Saturday through Monday to let them out, feed them, and give them attention, and she followed through on all visits. We appreciated the photo updates and knowing our dogs were cared for while we were away.
