My boy Pebble seemed to enjoy his time with Iwona and her lovely dogs. I got photos and updates which I really appreciated, so would definitely book with her again.

Oakley had her second stay here and had a great time again! A very happy pup who came back smelling lovely😊 I got lots of updates and photos so I felt very relaxed being away from her. Thanks again, definitely recommend!
Dog only stayed a couple of hrs she was so stressed out possible too many other dogs in the house as there were 3 others not for my dog she couldn’t cope
Ziggy had a great time playing in the garden with the other dogs, which we really appreciated. However, we would have liked more communication—there was only one message during his stay, and we had to follow up twice for an update. When I mentioned we had another trial night planned, there seemed to be some miscommunication. While I understand your policy about not booking other nights before a trial and managing bookings, we would have liked to have had the same understanding extended to us. We were trying to ensure Ziggy had a safe option lined up for our November holiday in case the trial didn’t work out, especially with boarders filling up quickly, same as you ☺️ We booked and paid for the trial at your earliest availability and made a long drive to bring him in, so we were committed. We’re also still waiting to hear back about Ziggy's favourite ball, please 🐾 We do appreciate the care you provided and hope this feedback helps improve communication for future stays.

Harmonogram
We are home throughout the day, except for dog walks, quick drop in visits, grocery shopping, and occasional appointments. Please note, we will not accept any drop offs or pick ups, before 8 am or after 8 pm

The property is equipped with CCTV and has a secure backyard. Prior to drop off, I will email you my T&C’s, off leash consent form and medication form (if required). You will need to have read through these and sign. You will also need to provide your dogs veterinary booklet as proof of vaccination and microchip - please note we will not accept your dog if they are not up to date with vaccinations. You will receive regular updates, including photos and videos of how your dog is getting on.

We usually do a morning walk. Throughout the day, the dogs have access to the full house and back garden. In the afternoon, we go on a second walk, usually longer than in the morning to help them burn off energy and settle in for the night. If a dog needs an extra walk before bedtime, this can be accommodated. Feeding times and schedules are followed as instructed.
