Ivy and I grew up surrounded by animals of all kinds. Animals have always been a big part of our family and our lives, and our experience goes far beyond just growing up with a bunch of dogs and cats. I worked alongside Ivy at Dogtopia, a dog daycare in Jacksonville, and got to see firsthand how great she is with dogs! She’s worked with all kinds of dogs, from small to large and with all different personalities and temperaments. She knows how to step in when dogs aren’t getting along, redirect behavior when needed, and handle different situations calmly and confidently. More than anything, she has a genuine love for dogs and really wants them to feel safe, comfortable, and loved while they’re in her care. She’s also the sweetest with her own dog, Franklin, and it’s obvious how much she cares about him. Ivy is young and newer to professional dog training, but don’t let that fool you. She is incredibly knowledgeable about animal care and has a natural ability with dogs that is difficult to teach.
