I am available any day at any time!! :) This is a part time gig for me, I am a full time college student looking to get money for a car. I will probably discontinue this when college starts in the fall.

Safety, trust & environment
I let my dog out into the yard with supervision twice a day, and I walk her once a day right before dinner. I keep all dogs on their leash on their walks, but a yard with a fence is free reign. I am used to animals who try to run out the door, so I know the trick to enter with your leg first to push their noses out of the way so I can slip in.

I dont care for dogs that slobber. I would like to be warned if your dog jumps. if possible, id like to know what commands they know for treats :)
A typical day
I love taking dogs on walks, and seeing what they stop to smell at, or if they pull me along their usual route without my help. I enjoy playing tug of war inside, just as much as I like having my lap sat on during a show or whatnot. I have been really into photography recently, so if you want any photos of your pets I will be happy oblige! If you want to pay like +$5 for the photos that would be cool I guess? I'll find a place to print them out, making them frameable!

Pet care experience
I go by my middle name Jo! Ivy is used for legal reasons. Once upon a time, I had 2 sets of parents, 2 different households, 2 sets of pets. Dad's house had a pet whippet and lab. Mom's house had three long haired cats (I know how to clean a hairball) and a collie/German shepard/lab mix. she herded us as kids, and loved to learn tricks. I love taking dogs on walks that range from a lap around the backyard to a mile and a half loop around the area. I am equally as delighted to spend hours on the couch, lounging and reorganizing their blanket nest as needed, with all the belly rubs and chin scratches they desire. Lastly, I hesitate to offer this, but I am willing to give baths to furry friends as long as theyre not super aggressive. My cats way back in the day were fond of eating with their feet.

Ivy has taken 2 different dogs on walks for me. Both walks have been fulfilling for them, and they have returned happy & tired. I trust ivy to find the best routes for s fun walk, and be happy and caring with my dogs. Additionally, Ivy does a great job communicating and being trustworthy. Happy to rehire.
