I currently am I stay at home mom which makes my availability very open. I do have a 3 year old child who has been taught to be very respectful of any pets boundaries. I do keep her at a distance from client pets to insure the safety of everyone unless other wise noted from client.

I currently live in a townhome with nice large grass field for potty breaks. However, dogs must be leashed walk. I have a 7 year old friendly dog who is crate trained and can be crated if needed. For boarding, I would prefer the dog to also be crate trained for safety purposes.

A typical day
I have an open area downstairs and a bin full of dog toys for them to play with. I have licking mats available for stimulation as well. I can also take them to near by parks for longer walks or to run around.

I have lived around animals my whole life. Ever since I was a child I have wanted to work with animals. Ive personally had 6 cats, 2 dogs and a breaded dragon all at once before. I’ve been a kennel tech for 5+ years. With that, I have learned how to a handle a variety of dogs (big or small, friendly or not so friendly), how to administer medications for both dogs and cats (also insulin trained) and how to properly give baths such as cleaning up paw pads, trimming nails and overall making sure the dog is cleaned head to toe.
