I had one Great Dane who weighs about 150 pounds, Before him, we had a Golden Retriever, so I have over a decade of hands on dog owner experience, plus many additional years caring for other people’s pets. We’ve welcomed multiple dogs into our home over the years, but I also understand if you’d prefer care in your space. When I’m caring for a dog in someone else’s home, I want to make sure the environment is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained so I can focus fully on your pet’s routine and wellbeing.

I truly couldn’t have asked for a better sitter than Ivangellys. She took care of my two cats, Merlin and Archie, in her home for 10 days, and the whole experience felt incredibly smooth and reassuring from start to finish. Her communication was amazing — always quick to respond, and she sent thoughtful daily updates with the cutest photos, which made it so much easier to be away from them. It was very clear how much she genuinely cares. They had both just had dental surgery before their stay, and she handled giving them oral medication without any issues. Schedule
I work from home most days, so your dog will rarely be left alone and never for more than six hours. I’m an early riser and keep a consistent routine. I’m used to doing three walks a day, with a fourth added if needed. I can adapt to your dog’s energy level, whether they love long walks or prefer short, slow strolls. Just let me know what they’re used to and how long they like to be out. I’m flexible with timing and happy to match your dog’s typical schedule as closely as possible. A few things about me: Super clean, non smoker, quiet, and respectful. I vacuum daily, keep shared spaces tidy, and always treat a home like it’s my own.

Your dog’s comfort and safety come first. I live in a walk-up, so if stairs are difficult for your dog, I recommend booking me for in-home sitting instead. I follow your instructions exactly, whether that means specific feeding routines, medication, crating, or structured walks. I’m detail-oriented and communicative, and you’ll always receive updates so you know how your dog is doing. If your dog isn’t fully housebroken, my home may not be the best match, but I’m happy to care for them in your space where they’re most comfortable. As a dog owner for over a decade, I thrive on communication, please be as detailed as possible about your dog’s habits, accidents, triggers, reactivity, or anything unique. This is a judgment-free zone and the more I know, the smoother and safer things will be.
