We couldn’t have asked for a better pet sitter for Puzzle! This was the first time in over a year that Puzzle stayed with someone else, so naturally I was very stressed. But Iva and her husband went absolutely above and beyond, and after just the first day I felt completely at ease. Puzzle had constant company, so much love and attention, and they were incredibly dedicated to making him happy. They came up with fun games for him, even built him little forts, and took him outside to patrol the garden, which he absolutely loves. I received lots of photos and updates throughout his stay, which gave me so much peace of mind. The biggest sign of how well he was cared for was when he came home he was calm, relaxed, and clearly very happy. On top of that, they were amazingly kind when my car broke down on the day I was supposed to drop Puzzle off. They went out of their way to help us, and I’m so incredibly grateful for their kindness and support. I honestly can’t recommend Iva and James highly enough. They treated Puzzle like family, and I would trust them with him again without hesitation. Thank you both so much!

I have known Iva K for many years now and have absolutely no hesitation recommending her to care for your pet. My three cats (Hector, Harry and Izzy) all loved/love her. I have seen her care for her own cat and also for Suki, our family rescue dog with separation issues. She is warm, caring and firm as well as enjoying games and walks, and has an understanding of animals and a real interest in them and love for them. What I also like is her sense of responsibility and problem-solving, she doesn't give up (really useful with Suki). Recently she was looking after a cat who really took a long time to settle, Iva was patient and warm and he eventually decided to make enough of a bond to settle down. Iva can definitely reduce some of the stress of travel plans. I warmly commend her to you.

I found Iva at the last minute before needing to go away. At the meet and greet the house was very clean and tidy. Iva is friendly, reliable and clearly someone who genuinely loves dogs. She sent regular photos updates and my dog Mauruce came home happy and settled, which says it all. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone trustworthy to look after their dog. We could not have asked for a better first experience using Rover. As this was the first time we had left Penny with someone outside our family, we were naturally a little nervous about how she would settle and whether she would feel comfortable and happy. From the very beginning, Iva completely put our minds at ease. She arranged a meet and greet beforehand, was professional, welcoming and clearly genuinely cared about Penny’s wellbeing. While we were away, she sent us lovely updates, messages and photos every day, which was incredibly reassuring. Penny was taken on daily walks and even enjoyed trips to the beach and the forest. It was wonderful to see how quickly she made herself at home and how relaxed, happy and well cared for she looked in every photo. Penny was truly treated like part of the family and was thoroughly spoiled throughout her stay. Knowing she was in such capable and caring hands allowed us to enjoy our holiday without worrying about her. We are extremely grateful to Iva for the care, attention and affection she gave Penny. She provided a genuinely excellent and professional service, and we would have absolutely no hesitation in booking with her again or recommending her to anyone looking for someone trustworthy and loving to care for their dog. Iva was highly reliable and so importantly, kind and caring with Simba, who loved her! Iva sent us daily texts and pics of Simba, which was very reassuring. We'd have no hesitation recommending Iva and we will be asking her to help again with our next holiday.

Couldn’t ask for more! Took great care of our 2 cats, taking time to play with them and clear up after their mischief! Also very kindly put our heating on for our return and left us a really sweet card and some chocolates! Highly recommended!
