I’ve spent the last two years caring for my own dogs, and through that time I’ve learned how to meet their daily needs, understand their body language, and give them the attention they deserve. In my home, I make sure pets have a safe, clean, and comfortable space with fresh water available at all times. I follow their regular feeding schedule, provide playtime, enrichment, and plenty of affection based on each pet’s personality. I keep the environment calm and supervised, and I maintain their routines to help them feel secure and relaxed. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I respectfully follow their established routines — feeding, litter/walks, exercise, medication if needed, and daily check-ins. I make sure pets get attention, comfort, and engagement, while also keeping their space tidy. I communicate with owners, send updates/photos, and ensure their pets are happy and well cared for until they return.

Schedule
Pet care fits naturally into my routine. As a CNA PRN and part-time student, my schedule is flexible, allowing me to plan my study time and shifts around pet care. I’m home often, which means I have plenty of time for feeding, play, litter maintenance/walks, and keeping pets company throughout the day. I enjoy using my free time to care for animals — it’s relaxing, rewarding, and fits perfectly alongside my work and school responsibilities.
