Israa was great! Kurt was in good hands while I was away.

I would not recommend Israa as a cat sitter. While she did follow my basic instructions, I noticed through my doorbell footage that she left approximately 15 minutes early during several of her scheduled 30-minute visits—at least 3 out of the 5 visits. This was particularly disappointing because the Rover app indicated that the full 30 minutes had been spent at the visit. I also found that she made very little effort to engage with my cat, Bandit. She did not play with him or appear interested in interacting with him during the visits. For me, a good cat sitter should do more than simply complete the basic tasks; they should also make an effort to spend quality time with the animal and ensure they feel cared for and comfortable. Overall, while the basic instructions were followed, I was disappointed with the level of care and engagement. I would not book Israa again.

Israa did a lovely job looking after my cat Percy! He was well taken care of in all aspects when I arrived home and I was so happy to get my pictures from Israa daily 😌 would book again any time!!

she came once a day for a week to care for our 2 cats but the litter boxes were full of pee when we came back. i asked israa why that happened and she said she "didn't know how to scoop the pellet litter." and yet, we showed her when she came for the meet and greet, and also were available via message the whole time. we even asked about the ac at one point, and still, no questions about the litter, and i guess google doesn't exist either. would not recommend.
