Previously worked at a cat boarding, grooming and rescue facility. Boarding experience includes: - Administration of different and some difficult medications - Caring for elderly pets - Having constant attention to detail on ensuring the areas are clean -Following different and specific schedules for feeding I have also had experience growing up with family dogs big and small. Caring for them regularly while family was out of town, as well as my personal late dogs of 18 years old that I would constantly care for when my parents were away. A Deep love for pets that need a little more attention and care.

I will ensure all outside doors are closed when needed and try to ensure keeping the schedule is the same for each pet as every pets schedule can look different.

I have been using Isla to watch my dachshunds for a couple of years now, and she is wonderful. She is always highly responsive and knowledgeable about pet care. The dogs love her and get so excited when she returns to the house. I always feel completely at ease leaving my pups with her. Highly recommended!
Isla is a close friend of mine and I always depend on her when I need care for my cats, along with any fosters I take on. She’s experienced in medication administration and dealing with pets that need extra care, she took on two of her own chronically ill cats and never looses patience, she genuinely enjoys being with animals and doesn’t take pet sitting as an in-and-out task. As her previous coworker in a multi-functional animal welfare facility, I’ve seen her extend the care she gives her cats to the boarders, grooming clients, and adoption service animals while dealing with a very high volume of animals and cleaning tasks. She’s also been trained specifically around cat nutrition and was given the opportunity to consult pet parents around food and health choices due to her proficiency in this subject.

Schedule
I have two cats myself so pet care is apart of my daily routine. I have just moved to the state so am hoping to fill the hole of my previous job and help more pets in need of care.
