I’m Isla and I have been a dog sitter for 6 years. Apart from dogs i’ve also cat, fish, and hamster sat! I have pet sat in Germany, Slovenia, Italy, Spain, and Austria. I am a student at NTU who misses her dog dearly and thought dog walking would be a great way to get some doggie time in (and some exercise)! I’ve dog sat a range of dogs of different sizes, breeds, and energy levels. I’ve also administered medications to several animals including my own dog. I’m well known in my community back home for taking dogs on amazing wilderness walks and grabbing the best photos to send home! I hope you consider me to be your dog walker!

In my home I take care of my dog by taking her on either 1 long walk or 2 short walks (she is a smaller dog), give her two meals a day with her medication, and give her a bath 1-2 times a month. She gets lots of cuddles and attention and she can choose where she wants to sleep - in my bed or hers. When I dog walk/sit I am careful to follow every direction and always ask for the vets number incase anything would happen. If a dog has any specific likes or dislikes, stressors, or fears I will be sure to do my best to avoid anything that could upset them. Meals will always be on time as would medication! Walks will be to length the owner suggests (a small dog probably won’t go as many miles as a bigger dog)! Play time and cuddles will occur no doubt!

Even though I had to come time earlier due to personal reasons, Isla had done really well! Family enjoyed her being around and Manson settled and listened to Isla straight away!! I’ll definitely be hiring Isla again for a full sitting
I have nothing but good things to say about Isla. She has been the best pet sitter for our dogs and horse. Totally trustworthy and reliable. She is an old soul and loves animals deeply. We have recommended her to many of our friends and they have all been happy to have her look after their pets, and often their kids too! Our dogs are always so happy to see her and I never have to worry about leaving them behind. Sorry we don’t live near her now but I hope many others get the benefit of her experience.

Schedule
I am currently a student so my schedule may change by semester but every weekend, Wednesday, and Thursday I can walk any time of day. The rest of the days would most likely be early morning or late afternoon.
