Hi! My name is Isis and I’ve been a pet sitter with Rover for 2 years. I also volunteer at Charleston Animal Society and have rescued 4 pups and got them to new homes/safer environments. I’ve had many experiences in different situations with different kinds of pups (new mothers and their pups, injured pups, abandoned dogs, large dogs, older dogs, etc) which helped me to pick up tips and tricks to be a more capable caregiver. I’ve always been an animal lover so I have enjoyed all the experiences I’ve been able to get through Rover as a sitter/walker. I am currently a student and also very active so my days normally consist of classes, dog jobs, a gym sesh and sometimes little odd jobs so my schedule is always different but usually pretty flexible. I’ve had many experiences with different kinds of dogs so I feel confident in my ability to adapt to almost any situation. I (as of March 2026) have training as a Certified Nurse’s Aide and have worked as an air bnb cleaner so this includes being able to handle really messy situations.

I follow the guidelines provided by a pet owner. I treat every pup with the same level of respect that I treat human beings and all other living creatures. I was raised growing up treating my pups as part of the family, not a pet. I never hit animals, if I need to be stern, I use voice tone and volume.

Isis, as per usual, was fantastic while we were away! We got daily updates on both of our pets, and tons of pictures & videos. Both of our pets absolutely love her! She even helped us with bringing in a few unexpected packages we had arive while we were away. Isis is our go-to whenever we go away, and we truly appreciate her so much!
Isis was amazing with my 3 pups while we were gone, even though they were testing boundaries with a new person. We asked her for a few additional things when we saw that storms were coming through before we would get home (which our pups hate) and Isis didn't hesitate to help. She communicated daily and sent pics and video so we would stay in the loop while away from our fur babies. Will definitely be using her again!

This was our 2nd time having Isis watch our girls and over Thanksgiving. She made sure we got pictures and updates every day, spent quality time with them, and made us feel at ease being away from them know how well they were cared for! She also took great care of our home, cleaning up any accidents, helped with taking in packages that happened to come while she was here. Having her watch your fur babies will definitely give you peace of mind!
My dog took to Isis right away and was comfortable with her during my trip. She kept in touch and sent lots of pictures so I knew he was in good hands.

Schedule
I work my schedule around your pet’s schedule and routine. Detailed notes outlining routine, meal times, medicine, and helpful reminders about the personality of your pup are so so helpful as I am very detail oriented. I care for pups like I would care for kids and communication about any issues or problems that arise the moment they do is important to me. I try to provide at least one update a day for house sits with pictures of almost every part of the day so if your preference is less, please let me know so I don’t annoy you lol.
