Always consistent and easy to work with!

Oliver was well taken care of! Ishiqa was great!

I am so disappointed with the recent care for our dogs. We left them for three nights and paid the holiday rate for house sitting. While we were gone I kept getting Ring notifications and saw her leaving. I checked in with her several times to confirm she was staying overnight. When I came home and put all the notifications together, she was leaving our dogs alone for 12 hours every night and only visiting to feed them and then leave again. We work from home and the dogs sleep with us. They are definitely not used to be letting for 12 hours unattended EVER! Two of our girls have a challenging relationship because they both try to be alpha. I am so thankful nothing happened while we were gone, but I will NEVER use her again. I strongly suggest you check your Ring doorbell videos and security cameras if you schedule for an overnight stay, because she will lie to you repeatedly! She’s so sweet when talking with her and we really like her. But now I’m more appalled to see that she did this to someone else. Trust your instincts when something seems off, have a backup plan and VERIFY VERIFY VERIFY!!!

Unfortunately our experience with Ishiqa was not good. We liked her a lot at our meet and greet but we do not think she gave our dogs appropriate care. She watched our dogs at our home for two nights while we went camping without service. We left her multiple notes and texts with instructions and an emergency contact of a local friend in case she had any issues. She started the visit by going to the wrong house first (we met at our meet and greet at our house) and texting us that she couldn’t get in. We should have turned around at this point and cancelled our trip. When we returned she told us everything went well however we received no updates or photos during the visit even though we said we would appreciate them even though we wouldn’t have service most of the time it would be nice to have updates come through when we did. When we returned home the house seemed very unchanged from when we left except shoe footprints all over the hard floor. We went to do laundry and found two urine soaked kitchen towels in the washing machine (dirty and smelly). Upon us reaching out to ask what happened she told us our larger dog had an accident while she was gone. Both our dogs are house trained and left for 8+ hours often so this made us suspicious. We then checked our ring camera and found she had not spent the first night at the house and left the dogs 12+ hours with no bathroom break. When we asked her if she stayed both nights she said yes but our security cameras show otherwise. Our emergency contact could have been reached out to if she has an issue not allowing her to stay and we would have understood. We are thankful nothing worse happened but our dogs deserve better care and we don’t appreciate being lied to.

Ishiqa has been fantastic with our boy! She's got a great rapport with him, is just lovely in person, and we're looking forward to working with her again :)
