Hi, my names Izzy! I’m originally from Florida but I've lived in DC for almost 7 years now. I have my own dog at home, Duke, who we rescued almost 5 years ago. He’s a big couch potato and has lots of toys to share. We also have a small dog park in our apartment where he loves to play with other dogs. I have fostering experience with both puppies and older dogs. I also used to catsit for a cat who needed insulin administered, so I have some experience administering medication if needed. I’m excited to spend time with your pup. I am more than happy to keep your high-energy dogs entertained or hang out on the couch (or both!) I’m very friendly, flexible, and great at keeping in touch.

We left our dog Benji with Isabelle for the second time, and she was amazing once again. She’s so communicative and kept us updated in a way that made it really easy to relax while we were away. We truly have zero worries when Benji is in her care — we know he’s loved and in great hands. We can’t recommend Isabelle enough!
Isabelle truly goes the extra mile and I consider myself fortunate we found her (+ Matt & Duke). My dog Cooper’s stayed with her before, but this was the first time we did drop-in visits (short trip and Cooper’s a bit of a homebody)—it couldn’t have gone any better! Cooper is incredibly shy and anxious, and she did everything necessary to make him feel comfortable (including spending more time with him than she was scheduled to). She brought her own dog to join him on walks (knowing it helps) and spent time keeping him company. I genuinely trust Isabelle (and had no reservations about her going into my apartment alone) and know my dog is in good hands with her. I highly recommend her!
Isabelle, Matt, and Duke did such an amazing job dog-sitting! It was Cooper's first time with a sitter, so he was a little hesitant at first but they took such great care of him. They met us beforehand for a meet and greet to make sure the dogs meshed and she provided constant updates (with photos) throughout the [long] weekend. They were so patient with him and it really showed. It was clear they treated him as one of their own. By the end of his stay, I don't think he was ready to leave (seriously, he's usually a lot more excited to see me when I pick him up). I'll definitely use them again and would absolutely reccomend Isabelle's services to other dog owners!
Isabelle was great and easy to communicate with! I appreciated her involving my pup in activities and he seemed very happy at her house. Would book again :)
