Hi! I’m a student at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo studying Nutrition, and I’m focusing on pet care this summer. I’ve been caring for animals for over 10 years, including dogs, cats, and reptiles, and it’s something I genuinely enjoy. I’m comfortable with pets of all ages and personalities, from energetic puppies who need lots of attention and exercise to senior pets who need a little extra patience and care. I’m also very detail-oriented and great at sticking to routines, so I’ll make sure your pet gets the care they’re used to while you’re away. Whether I’m taking your dog for a walk, stopping by for a visit, providing overnight care, or simply keeping your pet company, my goal is always to help them feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I know how important it is to trust someone with your pet, so I make communication a priority and am happy to provide updates along the way. My number one goal is to give both you and your pet peace of mind. I’ll care for your pets as if they were my own, so you can feel confident they’re in good hands!

Isabelle was loving and attentive and Flemming came back a happy pup! We are always training Flemming, so asked Isabelle to work on basic commands (heel, sit, stay and blanket), as well has ensure that Flemming was well behaved at her house, and with her elderly dog. Isabelle's training was excellent practice for Flemming - its good for her to listen to whoever is handling her, to behave at other houses and calmly greet other dogs. She also got a walk and some play time in the back yard!
We and our 3-year-old Australian Labradoodle LOVE Isabelle ("Izzy"). She has provided day care for our pup numerous times since he was a puppy. When Izzy has come to our house, our pup recognizes her car and wants to run out to greet her. When we have gone to her house, our pup knows where he is and gets very excited to see Izzy. We trust Izzy as she is responsible and caring, treating our pup as if he were her own. We know he will get walks, play time, and plenty of attention in our absence. We highly recommend Isabelle for loving and attentive dog care.
Izzy is a kind, responsible dog lover! She walked, trained and house-sat for my mom’s Yorkshire terrier, Foxy, for more than 2 years. As Foxy got older, she became both deaf and blind, and was a very slow walker. Amazingly, Foxy still loved a slow walk with Izzy, who gave gentle guidance to stay on the sidewalk. When my mom was away from home, we gave Izzy a key, and she came over twice a day to feed, water and clean up after Foxy. Izzy is completely trustworthy, which was important to me because my mom was elderly. Izzy’s visits were a bright spot in my mom’s and Foxy’s day!
Isabelle is a fantastic pet sitter she treats your pet as if they were her own. She is very attentive, caring and seeks to make your life as easy as possible. You can trust that your pet is in very good hands with her.

Schedule
I am very flexible and I am open to care on weekdays and weekends. I am usually available throughout the day, from mornings to late nights. My availability for care ends August 12th.

Safety, trust & environment
When caring for pets in a client’s home, I pay close attention to their routines, behavior, and specific needs-especially during walks and daily care. With experience ranging from puppies to senior dogs, I adjust my approach to match each pet’s energy level and any special requirements. At home, I have a medium-sized senior dog named Amber who is very laid back and gets along well with other pets. When I care for animals in my home, I always do slow, careful introductions and prioritize safety and comfort. I make sure each pet has their own space and only allow interaction when both animals are fully comfortable.

A typical day
When I’m pet sitting I make sure they get plenty of attention, playtime, and love while you’re away. If they enjoy being outside, I’ll let them explore the backyard while keeping a close eye on them the whole time. I also have lots of toys and activities to keep them entertained and make sure they get the exercise they need. Whether your pet loves to play, cuddle, or just hang out, I’ll make sure they feel safe and comfortable.
