Isabelle took care of my two pups over nearly an entire week, and she stayed at my house the entire time. It was a difficult job, because I have a very elderly dog and a pretty young one - they require very different care. My older dog can barely walk and needs to be carried in and out of the house to use the bathroom. Occasionally, she has accidents and needs to be cleaned up. I was really grateful to Isabelle that she was willing to take care of my elderly dog. It was a lot to ask. My younger dog is the exact opposite...a bundle of energy with some bad habits. Isabelle was a good sport with him. Isabelle arrived early, as I asked, and she was a good communicator. She always responded promptly to my texts. She also proactively sent me updates and photos of my pups to reassure me that all was going well. Isabelle also washed the sheets from the bed she was sleeping on and some towels that she used for herself and to clean up after my elderly dog, which was thoughtful. My young dog got into something that he shouldn't have (my fault for leaving it accessible to him), and I appreciated Isabelle's honesty in letting me know about it. (I was able to get the damaged items replaced free of charge, so all ended well.) Overall, Isabelle had a big job, and she took care of it responsibly.
