Hi there! I’m Isabelle, an experienced pet carer with over 6 years of hands-on experience looking after dogs of all breeds and sizes. Whether it’s walking, boarding, or house-sitting, I’ve cared for over 50 dogs- from energetic puppies to elderly dogs, including small breeds like Chihuahuas and large breeds like Doberman Pinschers. I’m a very active person, so I’m always up for walks, hikes, or runs- whatever your dog needs to stay happy and healthy. If I’m boarding or housesitting, I will always include exercise (usually 1 hour walk minimum per day or personalized to your pup’s needs). Once I’m with your pup, I’m fully committed to their care and well-being. I’d love to be a part of your dog’s next adventure! I’m passionate about giving your pup the best care, and I know that every dog is unique. I’ve worked with pets from diverse backgrounds, which has taught me to be attentive to their needs and personalities. I'm also comfortable administering oral medications and injections if needed. In 2021, I fostered a 1-year-old male husky named Echo through Passion for Paws in Vermont. We loved hiking together and averaged 10 miles a day, so I’m always ready for long walks or adventurous outings! I’ve also volunteered as a dog walker at All Breed Rescue in Williston, VT, where I gained even more experience with different breeds and personalities. Your dog's safety and happiness are my top priority.

We love Isabelle! ❤️ She took wonderful care of Eddie and our home whilst we were away. Communication was great with updates and photos which we loved receiving. We’ll definitely be reaching out again, the next time we need a sitter.
Isabelle was terrific with Arny! We really needed help getting Arny more exercise after we welcomed twins into our life a few months ago. He is a high energy pup and now comes home after every walk tired and happy. Arny also has some special behaviors that need help managing. He can be very interested in squirrels and bunnies and has some leash anxiety around other dogs, and we have complete trust in Isabelle to manage and keep Arny and others safe. We would highly recommend Isabelle to anyone looking for someone reliable that they can trust to walk their pup!!
We had a wonderful experience with Isabelle and would highly recommend her services. We were away in Florida for 10 days and felt completely at ease knowing our 15-year-old dog was in such capable and caring hands. She was attentive, responsible, and clearly experienced with older dogs. She checked in with us regularly—just the right amount—so we always knew how things were going without feeling overwhelmed. It meant a lot to us to receive those updates while we were away. In addition to taking great care of our dog, she also kept our home clean and tidy, which we truly appreciated after a long trip. We wouldn’t hesitate to book her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, thoughtful, and trustworthy sitter.

Schedule
My schedule is generally very flexible, as I do not currently have a traditional 9-5. Regular dog walking is scheduled with me week by week depending on my availability. For dog walking, I will generally walk your pet in your neighborhood unless we arrange to drive to nearby trails.

Safety, trust & environment
Safety is my number 1 priority. I always make sure I know the pet’s emergency contacts and vet information. In addition, I’m very careful about sticking to the desired diet for your pet. When out and about, I always have your dog on a leash- unless we have discussed off-leash recall- and am cautious around other pets.
A typical day
I would love to explore the neighborhood or outdoor areas with your dog. When I had my foster dog, we averaged about 10 miles a day together! I am an avid hiker, so I would love to bring your dog on walking trails nearby.
