I am an experienced pet owner, 40+ years - from young puppies to senior dogs and cats. Have a genuine love and interest in animals - all shapes and sizes! Confident with all breeds and sizes of dogs, with or without medical needs - happy to administer medication, toilet ‘accidents’ will not phase me. Any personal needs a beloved pet has I will of course be happy to accommodate and assist with - as I know having been lucky enough to have had some very special companions myself, just how individual they all are. Mabel my female greyhound currently lives with me, she is my fourth rescue doggy companion. She is a very laid back, calm and sweet natured lady - loves everyone and all dogs! As she was a ‘working’ greyhound I will not be able to house cats, unfortunately. But of course can look after any feline companions in their own home. Isabelle made me feel so comfortable and our dog absolutely LOVES her. Wouldn’t hesitate to rebook. So worth it for the peace of mind that your fur baby/ies are safe and looked after.
Isabelle was absolutely fantastic for our greyhound- he has a new best friend! She is so considerate and loving with him. Isabelle spent time with him at home before taking him for a walk locally. Would highly recommend.

Izzy has been taking care of my English bulldog Delboy for some time now. She treats him like her own dog he loves her lots. He loves going out for walks with her and meets his special bulldog needs re- heat & waiting a cool coat. I have no concerns leaving my precious furson in her capable hands when I go away and trust her with him. she is reliable and really loves being in dogs company and gives him lots of cuddles treats and kisses
I have known Isabelle for over 25 years. In that time I have seen her care for many animals, as well as re-home four of her own dogs, including George the 1st & 2nd, Lola the Bulldog & currently the lovely Mabel (Greyhound) I have literally never met anyone that loves animals as much as Issey. She has looked after our precious Minnie (Whippeton) many times & we trust Issey implicitly. Minnie absolutely loves her!

Schedule
I am available weekdays, evenings and weekends - any weekends I would ideally prefer to be scheduled/booked a week in advance. But am flexible, will be more than happy to help if last minute/emergency is needed - if I am available to help.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a secure home and small fenced garden, which I share with one very friendly Greyhound - who loves everyone and dog alike and wonderful fellow animal loving tenant. Any pet companion would free to use and sleep in all rooms in my home, if they love a comfy sofa they are welcome to share. I am lucky enough that my home is situated in a lovely village, great walks - parks, fields and local beauty spots.

A typical day
As I live in a small Town, surrounded by lovely countryside and beautiful parks - spoilt for choice! Also depending on the dog’s personality and needs, would determine where I would walk them - so important to get to know the dog and their personality before hand!
