I've been around dogs my entire life and have always loved caring for animals. Over the past two years, I've dog and cat sat for friends and neighbors, whether that meant providing overnight care in my apartment or stopping by for walks, playtime, feeding, and lots of attention. I've cared for both cats and dogs of all sizes, breeds, and personalities, so I'm comfortable adapting to each pet's unique needs. One experience that's especially meaningful to me is participating in shelter skip days, where I take a shelter dog out for the day to give them a break from the kennel and spoil them with plenty of love. I know how important it is for pet owners to feel confident that their furry family members are in good hands, and I treat every pet I care for with the same patience, affection, and attention I'd give my own. I'll also keep you updated with photos and messages so you can have peace of mind while you're away.

Isabella has been great! Matilda is always so happy to see her when she comes. She’s reliable, sends updates, and gets plenty of distance in on their walks, which is perfect for my energetic two-year-old. Highly recommend!
I cannot recommend Isa enough! She watched my chocolate Lab, Chewbacca, for three weeks while I was away on vacation, and I honestly could not have asked for someone better to take care of him. Leaving your dog for that long can be stressful, especially when they are such an important part of your family, but Isa made the entire experience completely worry-free. From the very beginning, Isa was incredibly responsible, communicative, and caring. She took the time to understand Chewbacca’s routine, personality, and all of his little quirks, and she made sure he felt comfortable and at home while I was away. She kept me updated throughout the three weeks and sent pictures and updates that made it so much easier to be away from him. It was clear from the photos and updates that Chewbacca was having an amazing time and getting plenty of love and attention. Chewbacca can be a lot of energy, like most chocolate Labs, but Isa handled him so well. She made sure he was getting plenty of exercise, attention, and playtime while also keeping up with his normal routine. She was incredibly attentive to him and treated him like he was her own dog. By the time I came home, it was obvious that he had become very attached to her! What impressed me most was how dependable Isa was over such a long period of time. Three weeks is a long time to care for someone else’s pet, and I never once had to worry about whether Chewbacca was being taken care of. I was able to actually enjoy my vacation knowing that he was safe, happy, and in great hands. Isa went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly, and I truly appreciated how much effort she put into making Chewbacca feel loved and comfortable. When I got home, Chewbacca was happy, healthy, and clearly very well cared for. He was so excited to see me, but I could also tell he was going to miss Isa! That alone says so much about how wonderful she was with him. I would absolutely trust Isa with Chewbacca again and would recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, responsible, and genuinely loving pet sitter. She gave me complete peace of mind while I was away, and I am so grateful that Chewbacca had someone as caring as Isa looking after him. She is officially my go-to person for Chewbacca, and I would not hesitate to have her watch him again!

Schedule
I'm currently a master's student at Teachers College, Columbia University. My classes are Monday through Thursday, and only occupy a few hours each day. I will have Thursday afternoons through Sunday evenings available each week. During my available times, I'm flexible and can dedicate plenty of time to walks, playtime, cuddles, and sticking to your pet's normal routine.

I live on the Upper West Side, just a block away from Riverside Park and also close to Central Park, which gives me access to beautiful, safe spaces for walks and outdoor time. For walks, I prioritize safe routes, keep dogs securely leashed, and tailor each outing to their energy level and needs. For overnight stays, my apartment is clean, calm, and pet friendly. I only care for a limited number of pets at a time so I can give each one the individualized attention they deserve.
A typical day
Your pet's safety, comfort, and happiness are always my top priorities. I will make sure they receive plenty of attention, exercise, and affection while maintaining their normal routine as closely as possible. I go on walks and runs every day, so I’m very comfortable keeping up with high energy dogs who need lots of activity and stimulation. At the same time, I’m equally happy to provide slow, relaxed strolls for dogs who prefer a more leisurely pace.
