I make sure pets feel safe and comfortable in their own space. I follow the owner’s routine, including feeding, walks, and any specific instructions. I pay attention to their behavior and give them lots of care and attention so they feel at ease while you’re away. I also will make sure to communicate anything immediate as needed and communicate regularly.

I would love to know your pet’s personality, routine, feeding schedule, and any medical needs ahead of time. Also anything like their energy level, quirks, or triggers so I can make them feel comfortable and at home. I am really flexible and happy to adjust to whatever your pet needs to feel safe, loved, and well cared for.
A typical day
The fun activities I’ll be anticipating to spend with pets would be either just curling up with them, talking them to their version of amusement park, and just giving them extra treats/adventures.

Pet care experience
Hii!! Interacting with animals has always brought me so much joy and gratitude. Anyone who knows me well would probably say I love animals more than people. I feel I am a natural nurturer, which is why this kind of work feels so right for me. I fortunately grew up with several cats and dogs, all with very different personalities, and being around them shaped my appreciation for animals and life in such a meaningful way. Because of that, this Rover service is not just a job to me, it is something I genuinely enjoy and care about. I have strong organizational skills, solid pet care knowledge, and a great working memory, which helps me stay attentive and consistent with each pet’s needs. I do not currently have any pets of my own, but I definitely hope to again in the future. Due to my lease, I am not able to offer boarding or daycare at my place. I am happy to provide house sitting, drop in visits, and pet walking instead.

Unfortunately this sit didn't go well. On the first night, Isabella couldn't find my building despite having the address and keys, requiring me to call my building's front desk to intervene at 3am. When I returned from a week’s long travel, both my cats' water bowls were completely dry, and when I turned on the kitchen faucet, one ran straight to the sink to drink, which was concerning. She also accidentally broke my coffee maker. She was very sweet and communicative, but I can't recommend her for pet sitting based on this experience.
Isabella was the best! She was thoughtful and took amazing care of our dog and two cats. Super communicative and willing to go the extra mile. Could not be more thankful for her!
