For more active dogs, this may include structured walks, playtime, or outdoor activities if appropriate. My own dogs love swimming and hiking, so I understand the importance of both physical and mental stimulation. For calmer or older dogs, I focus more on relaxed walks, companionship, and maintaining a peaceful, consistent routine. When caring for puppies, I prioritize structure and attentiveness. This includes frequent potty breaks, consistent feeding schedules, supervised playtime, and making sure they get plenty of rest throughout the day. Puppies need a balance of activity and nap time, so I am careful not to overstimulate them and instead support a calm, positive routine. I am also comfortable reinforcing basic training and good habits with patience and consistency. Throughout the day, I ensure your pet receives attentive care, including feeding, enrichment, exercise, and plenty of affection. I also prioritize safety and closely monitor body language to ensure your dog feels secure at all times. I have had dogs my entire life, but what truly sets me apart is my professional, hands-on experience working with them every day. I spent over three years at a dog daycare, where I grew from a daycare attendant to a dog trainer, and eventually became the daycare manager. This experience gave me the opportunity to work with dogs of all sizes, temperaments, and personalities in a structured and supervised environment. In addition to my daycare and training background, I have been a responsible dog breeder since 2022, raising four successful litters of Golden Retrievers and Labrador Retrievers. This has given me an even deeper understanding of canine behavior, development, and attentive, hands-on care from early life stages through adulthood. I have a strong understanding of dog body language and behavior, which allows me to safely handle everything from high-energy dogs to more nervous or reactive ones. My goal is always to create a calm, safe, and positive experience for every dog in my care. Dogs are not just a job to me, they are a huge part of who I am. I currently have a Golden Retriever and a Labrador Retriever, and they continue to deepen my love and understanding of what dogs need to feel secure, happy, and well cared for. When caring for your pet, I treat them as if they were my own. You can expect consistent communication, reliability, and attentive care throughout your time away. We booked Isabella for a house sit and to watch our dogs while we were gone, and she did an incredible job. She was very easy to get ahold of and sent us lots of pics and updates. She also cleaned our home and left it better than when we left it! Our dogs were happy and fully taken care of. I felt so at peace knowing that she was there and it made our vacation all the more enjoyable. Highly recommend!
Kai loved Isabella! Communication great, she was able to adapt to my schedule, and I came home to a smiley happy dog! I think Kai suckered Isabella into getting more treats than she normally gets, but that is totally fine! (Kai loves treats) Would definitely recommend!
